Hi - I’m delighted you’re here!

Over the past decade, I have spent most of my time in education encompassing a variety of roles, including teacher, coach, and administrator. While holding all of these different roles, I worked with several teams, missions, goals, and overall approaches in how an organization measured success, However, at the end of the day, the success of the organization always tied back to the strength of the people and the strength of the team. The people are what make and energize an organization, mission, team, and culture. When each individual can show up as their best self, the team can show up and do great work. Thus began my passionate desire to help create strong individuals and strong teams that do good work.

After completing my Professional Coaching Certification through The International Coaching Federation, I created the Orchard to do exactly that - to help individuals create a stronger sense of self to make stronger teams!
